How to exclude certain products from the feed

Product filter

Excluding specific products from your feed can be efficiently done using the product filter feature in our product feed manager. Here’s a straightforward guide on how to achieve this:

  1. Locate the Category Mapping Tool: Begin by navigating to the Category Mapping section within the feed manager. This is where you initially select which shop categories to include in your feed.
  2. Access the Filter Options: Next to the statement “All products from the selected Shop Categories will be included in the feed,” you will find an “edit” link. Click on this link to open the filter options.
  3. Set Up Your Condition: In the filter settings, you can create a condition based on any available WooCommerce field. This allows you to specify exactly which products to exclude from the feed. For example, you can exclude products by status, stock level, price range, tags, or any custom attribute.
  4. Apply the Filter: After setting up your conditions, apply the filter. The feed will now automatically exclude products that meet these conditions, ensuring only the desired products are included.

This filtering capability provides you with precise control over the content of your product feed, allowing you to tailor it to meet your specific needs and requirements.
